ELK IS HERE!!!!

Kim and I went to the Elk showing some months ago now and fell in love with the entire range. Everything was so beautiful, but also SO wearable. The silk pieces made us melt. They provide the perfect backdrop to the many gorgeous, wood, resin and silver pieces in the Elk accessories range.

Best of all we swooned over this silk tank dress which is due to arrive any day now. We have ordered it in black, sage and navy. The rope woven necklace is just perfect with it. It has already sold out in both stores so we have re-ordered. Elk has done it again! Simple! Stylish! and truly truly gorgeous this year.

Lollia Life Love

After receiving such a great response to our gorgeous range of Lollia handcreams and bubble baths, we are planning on expanding our range to include some beautiful perfumed shower gels. They will be in stores in about 3 weeks, Just in time to celebrate the start of Spring!

We have just ordered from the Louenhide Spring/Summer 2011 range. Believe me it is all gorgeous!!!!! So much so that we have pretty much ordered everything from the entire range.

The Happiness Project

I have just finished reading "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin. So many of her little tips for making life sweeter struck a chord with me, but this one in particular, I have immediately actioned.

-She writes-

"I found a small way to make my office more pleasant.........Though I sometimes mocked the scented-candle-pushing brand of happiness building, I discovered that there is something nice about working in an office with a candle burning. It's like seeing snow falling outside the window or having the dog snoozing on the carpet beside you. It's a kind of silent presence in the room and very pleasant".

I have always burnt candles in the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Now also in my office and I thoroughly recommend it!

Cat Hammill Arriving Soon!!!!

We are crazy excited to be receiving a shipment of gorgeous Cat Hammill jewels this week. I have loved her designs since I first saw them. They are solid and unique and they feel just so luxurious to wear. I particularly love the Australian coin pieces. What a beautiful gift for overseas friends.
